What is DomDashy?
DomDashy is a domain management platform that helps you track expirations, renewal/health status, SSL issues, and manual auction watchlist opportunities.
How much does DomDashy cost?
DomDashy offers three enforced MVP pricing tiers:
- Free (€0/month): Track up to 10 domains and 3 active auction watchlist items
- Pro (€9/month): Track up to 250 domains and 100 active auction watchlist items
- Agency (€29/month): Track up to 2,000 domains and 500 active auction watchlist items
Which domain registrars are supported?
DomDashy currently supports GoDaddy, Namecheap, and NameSilo. We're constantly adding support for more registrars.
Do I need to transfer my domains to use DomDashy?
No, you don't need to transfer your domains. DomDashy integrates with your existing registrar accounts to provide a unified view of your domains.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking the "Register" button in the top right corner of the page. You'll need to provide your email address and create a password.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
For the MVP, plan changes are assigned manually by an administrator. Payment integration will be added later; contact support when you need Pro or Agency limits.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment integration is not enabled yet. For the MVP, upgrades are handled manually by admin after direct agreement with support.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
For the MVP, contact support to downgrade or cancel a manually assigned paid plan.
How do I add domains to my account?
You can add domains in two ways:
- Use imports/API integrations when they are added to the roadmap
- Manually add domains one by one
How do I set up auto-renewal for my domains?
Auto-renewal is managed through your domain registrar. DomDashy will show you the current auto-renewal status of your domains and allow you to toggle it on or off if your registrar's API supports this feature.
How far in advance will I be notified of domain expirations?
By default, you'll receive notifications 90, 30, 15, and 5 days before a domain expires. You can customize these notification settings in your profile.
Can I transfer domains between registrars through DomDashy?
Currently, DomDashy does not support domain transfers directly. You'll need to initiate transfers through your registrar's website.
How does the Auction Watchlist work?
The Auction Watchlist is a manual tracker for domain opportunities. You save the marketplace URL, current price, max budget, end time, notes, and status.
Can I place bids directly through DomDashy?
No. DomDashy does not place bids. Use the marketplace link to bid directly on the external platform.
How will I know when an opportunity needs attention?
DomDashy can remind you when a watched opportunity is ending soon and can flag items over your budget. It does not receive live outbid events from marketplaces yet.
What happens if I win an auction?
If you win an auction, mark the watchlist item as won and follow up manually with the marketplace/registrar. DomDashy will remind you to follow up.

Do you offer API access?
API access is not enabled in the MVP. Contact support if you need bulk import or integrations.
